⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in the architecture, engineering, construction, or operations (AECO) sector, including significant experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, transportation, or similar workflows.

• Profound understanding of civil and infrastructure workflows and the technologies utilized for the design, delivery, operation, or maintenance of complex infrastructure projects.

• Experience engaging directly with clients, owners, project stakeholders, or multidisciplinary teams to grasp business challenges, technical specifications, and desired results.

• Background in utilizing design, engineering, construction, or infrastructure technology to tackle real-world project or organizational issues.

• Proven experience employing AI and emerging technologies to enhance workflows, resolve challenges, automate tasks, or expand existing software capabilities.

• Capacity to convert a customer or business requirement into a viable technical solution, including the identification of customization, integration, enhancement, or extension opportunities for existing technology.

• Experience in evaluating, testing, configuring, customizing, or integrating technology solutions to meet specific workflow or business needs.

• Displayed curiosity and adaptability, demonstrating the ability to learn swiftly and apply emerging technologies to new industry challenges.

• Experience in demonstrating, presenting, training, or mentoring others on technology, workflows, or technical solutions.

• Proficient in articulating complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including customers, business leaders, and project stakeholders.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities while applying consistent methodologies and best practices across projects, teams, or clients.

• Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities, with the skill to influence stakeholders and work effectively across technical, business, and customer-facing teams.

• Preferred experience working with public-sector clients, particularly cities, airports, or large infrastructure organizations.

• Preferred experience with Bentley products and workflows, especially in civil engineering, infrastructure, transportation, or public-sector settings.

• Preferred experience with Autodesk products and workflows relevant to civil, infrastructure, and AECO sectors.

• Preferred experience in creating AI-driven solutions, automations, prototypes, or workflow improvements that address specific industry or client needs.

• Preferred experience utilizing emerging technology to connect information, enhance processes, minimize repetitive tasks, or enable features not available out of the box.

• Preferred experience in developing proofs of concept or innovative solutions to explore new methods for addressing customer or business challenges.

• Preferred experience in creating reusable technical demonstrations, solution patterns, playbooks, documentation, or training materials.

• Preferred experience in influencing technology strategy, digital transformation, standards, or technology adoption within an organization.

• Preferred experience collaborating with technology vendors, partners, consultants, or internal technical teams to assess and implement new solutions.
