Technical Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Locate engineers, product managers, data scientists, and technical leaders from companies ranging from pre-seed to pre-IPO.

• Utilize AI sourcing tools such as Gem, Juicebox, Pin, and others.

• Create detailed candidate lists through various sourcing channels.

• Compose tailored outreach messages and initiate conversations with potential candidates.

• Investigate companies and teams to identify candidates and gain insights into the competitive landscape.

• Develop robust and diverse candidate pipelines aligned with clients' people-first hiring strategies.

• Conduct brief phone or video calls to evaluate basic qualifications and interest before referring candidates to recruiters.

• Experiment with outreach messages and sourcing strategies to enhance response rates and candidate diversity.

• Collaborate with recruiters to grasp role requirements and assist in building inclusive teams.

• Proven experience in reaching out to professionals in recruiting, sales, business development, or research positions.

• Naturally inquisitive with a penchant for research and investigative work.

• Openness to learning and experimenting with AI tools and new platforms.

• Strong research skills and keen attention to detail.

• Capability to find information online, cross-reference data, and create comprehensive profiles.

• Understanding of technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.

• Excellent proficiency in written English.

• Comfortable engaging in initial discussions with technical professionals.

• Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects, track candidate interactions, and keep accurate records.

• Comfortable working autonomously with minimal oversight.

• Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines.
