Senior Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and act as a recruitment partner for various hiring teams.

• Facilitate both online and offline networking and outreach efforts to engage potential candidates.

• Enhance the employer brand, decrease time-to-hire, and cultivate a robust talent pipeline.

• Collaborate with engineering hiring teams to establish recruiting strategies and achieve annual hiring objectives.

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from screening and selection to negotiation, offer, and closure.

• Ensure a remarkable candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Strategically plan and oversee a pipeline of exceptionally qualified candidates.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience managing full lifecycle recruiting, with at least 6 years in the engineering sector.

• Experience in the AV industry is strongly preferred.

• Proven experience in hiring software engineers is essential.

• Strong background in utilizing direct sourcing strategies to attract and secure top technical talent.

• Global recruiting experience, particularly in Canada, is preferred.

• Proven ability to create and sustain productive relationships with Hiring Managers and Leaders.

• Skill in influencing key stakeholders, setting expectations, and challenging the status quo.

• Capacity to work independently and make decisions that require sound judgment based on hiring policies, procedures, and operational practices.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking system (ATS) software; Greenhouse ATS is preferred.

• Ability to handle a diverse workload in a dynamic environment.

• Effective communication strategies that include proactively keeping others informed.
