📋 Description

• Facilitate technical workshops and in-depth sessions with potential clients and existing customers.

• Convert intricate customer needs into cohesive technical solutions utilizing Fluent’s product offerings.

• Identify and address technical deficiencies, recommending components or integrations to ensure seamless compatibility with the client's ecosystem.

• Collaborate with Sales and Relationship Management to elucidate Fluent’s competitive strengths based on specific client challenges.

• Serve as the primary Technical Account Manager, overseeing delivery schedules and project status updates for management.

• Propel client acquisition, guarantee exceptional satisfaction levels, and represent Fluent’s technical expertise in Japan.

• Profound technical knowledge of financial markets e-Trading software, workflows, networks, and infrastructure.

• Extensive experience in FX markets and related asset classes (Futures, Commodities, Fixed Income).

• Native Japanese speaker with proficient English skills (crucial for international collaboration).

• Demonstrated ability to engage potential clients, accurately define technical requirements, and spearhead implementation projects.

• Strong Project Management and communication abilities, with expertise in managing intricate stakeholder relationships.
