Technical Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Area Sales Directors/Managers and Digital Sales Representatives to engage regional Integrated Delivery Networks and hospital IT and digital stakeholders.

• Assist in pre-sales strategy by offering technical clarity for digital solutions.

• Interact with customer technical review boards, data and AI governance teams, and networking teams.

• Present technical information regarding digital vision, data utilization, and network topology diagrams.

• Facilitate post-go-live digital solution adoption while maintaining customer confidence.

• Prepare Field Service teams and partner functions for effective implementation.

• Ensure precise documentation, validated configurations, and timely communications are maintained.

• Manage implementation from planning through adoption to guarantee a seamless go-live and ongoing value.

• Build technical expertise in Intuitive’s digital portfolio.

• Compile field insights and customer feedback for Product and Engineering teams.

• Recognize skill gaps and pursue continuous learning in relevant technologies, project leadership, and stakeholder management.

• Share best practices and contribute to overall team performance enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in medical technology implementation, IT consulting, or digital transformation in the healthcare sector.

• Profound knowledge of cloud-hosted SaaS platforms, healthcare data security, and networking infrastructure.

• Background in account management or direct collaboration with capital sales.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Comfortable working within a flexible and dynamic schedule.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Capable of entering surgical and other patient care areas.

• Current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19, may be required.

• Subject to applicable U.S. export-control regulations where relevant.
