This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of the complete lifecycle of integrations, from initial design and development through to deployment and continuous optimization.
• Create and sustain scalable integrations with external platforms, APIs, and services.
• Develop full-stack functionality utilizing Node.js, React, and TypeScript, with a strong emphasis on backend architecture.
• Architect, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL database schemas and queries.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to provide seamless, user-focused integration experiences.
• Identify and resolve intricate integration problems, ensuring high reliability and uptime.
• Enhance system performance, scalability, and visibility throughout integration workflows.
• Set best practices for integration architecture, error handling, and asynchronous processing.
• Oversee multiple integration projects at once, striking a balance between speed, quality, and long-term maintainability.
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles, including APIs, data models, databases, authentication methods, and application architecture.
• Practical experience with APIs and third-party integrations.
• Comprehensive full-stack experience, capable of contributing to both backend and frontend tasks.
• Familiarity with Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and React is beneficial, but in-depth expertise in any single technology is not mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues across various systems and services.
• Product-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering tangible user value.
• Capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and manage several workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience integrating with CRM platforms or enterprise SaaS tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures, and asynchronous workflows is desired.
• Background in high-growth or fast-paced startup environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with observability tools, monitoring systems, and best practices for reliability is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Five to seven years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Background and reference checks are mandatory.
