This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Design and manage enterprise CRM solutions, encompassing Salesforce solution architecture, data models, integration patterns, declarative automation, and security frameworks.

• Ensure that solution designs are in line with enterprise architecture principles, compliance standards, and best practices for performance.

• Assess new Salesforce features, AppExchange offerings, and emerging technologies.

• Support the Salesforce Center of Excellence and maintain governance standards, design patterns, documentation standards, naming conventions, and release procedures.

• Participate in backlog prioritization, software development lifecycle (SDLC) reviews, and architectural quality assurance.

• Create and update architecture documentation, including diagrams, integration patterns, data models, specifications, requirements, and reusable templates.

• Collaborate with IT, Operations, business leadership, and external vendors to convert business requirements into scalable CRM solutions.

• Identify potential solution risks, propose mitigation strategies, and assist with investment planning.

• Design and oversee integrations for Salesforce, telephony systems, data platforms, and enterprise applications.

• Work alongside engineers, developers, and data teams to ensure the reliability, consistency, and maintainability of integrations.

• Manage API usage, error handling protocols, and data flow diagrams.

• Conduct performance evaluations of flows, Apex, integrations, and data structures.

• Recommend and implement strategies for optimization to enhance stability, data quality, and system performance.

• Support modernization efforts related to cloud adoption, automation, artificial intelligence, and digital engagement.

• Act as a technical resource and escalation point for complex solution designs, integration challenges, performance issues, and cross-system architectural problems.

• Perform design reviews and offer guidance on architectural frameworks, secure design principles, data modeling, and CRM best practices.

• Share specialized knowledge with team members without overseeing or directing their tasks.

• Collaborate with IT, Business Operations, Clinical Operations, Member & Provider Services, data teams, and external vendors.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a closely related field.

• Five (5) years of experience in designing, configuring, and implementing CRM solutions.

• Proven experience in designing data models, integrations, and automation within CRM platforms.

• Background in environments where CRM platforms are integrated with telephony or contact center tools.

• Experience in participating in or leading Agile and SDLC processes.

• Ability to provide architectural guidance within project or team settings.

• Experience in conducting business process modeling or data analysis.

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification is required.

• Advanced understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including data modeling, automation, sharing and security, and integration patterns.

• Proficiency with declarative tools, foundational Apex, SOQL, and API concepts.

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey IT concepts and technologies to business leaders.

• Strong technical writing skills and an understanding of document design principles.

• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.

• Capacity to prioritize initiatives to meet strategic objectives.

• Ability to manage and facilitate process changes, conduct data analyses, and interpret information.

• High level of self-motivation and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.

• Ability to manage and work on multiple projects concurrently.
