This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Act as a strategic technical advisor and a reliable partner throughout the sales process.
• Connect business requirements with technical knowledge for enterprise clients in the industrial, healthcare, energy, and critical infrastructure sectors.
• Collaborate with teams in Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Lead technical assessments to identify customer challenges in OT/ICS environments.
• Design customized Claroty solutions that integrate with IT and security frameworks.
• Plan and implement Proofs of Concept, showcasing ROI and platform advantages through live demonstrations.
• Conduct presentations for engineers, architects, plant managers, CISOs, and executive stakeholders.
• Manage and contribute to technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
• Serve as a feedback conduit between field teams and Engineering.
• Monitor trends in industrial automation, Zero Trust, and threat landscapes.
• Suggest scalable solutions that integrate with SIEM, firewalls, asset management systems, virtualization platforms, and cloud environments.
• Represent Claroty at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events.
• Lead webinars and contribute to the development of technical content.
• Utilize generative AI tools to expedite prospect research, compile business intelligence, and enhance documentation efficiency.
• A minimum of 5 years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical position.
• Experience in cybersecurity, industrial automation, networking, or enterprise SaaS is preferred.
• Expert-level skills in L2–L4 troubleshooting.
• Proficient in traffic acquisition techniques (SPAN/RSPAN, TAPs, virtual switching).
• Proficient in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• In-depth understanding of industrial protocols (Modbus, CIP, DNP3, IEC 61850).
• Architect-level comprehension of the Purdue Model.
• Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders in terms of mission-level impact.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple PoCs and intricate RFP timelines concurrently.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, or CCNA are highly regarded.
• Residing in Northern California, Oregon, or Washington.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% as required.
