This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland, +2 more countries.
• Develop reference architectures and blueprints for comprehensive solutions that integrate GPUs and networking within data-center environments.
• Assist account teams in discovering new business prospects for NVIDIA Networking products and technology solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams and Product Marketing.
• Provide technical account management for key accounts related to NVIDIA Networking products.
• Conduct regular meetings with customers to provide product updates and introduce new technology solutions.
• Present product roadmaps to customers and technology partners.
• Address RFP/RFI proposals for AI factories, HPC clusters, cloud, enterprise, and various network designs.
• Create and deliver customized product demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Technically manage complex networking deployments and design-in opportunities.
• Analyze and troubleshoot performance issues related to new technology at customer locations.
• Prepare and deliver technical training presentations.
• Offer constructive feedback to Engineering concerning product requirements and development, including submitting enhancement requests backed by business evidence.
• Over 3 years of experience in a Solution Architect or comparable Sales Engineering position.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, electrical engineering, or computer engineering.
• Knowledge of datacenter engineering, networking, or cloud applications.
• Extensive networking expertise, particularly in network topology considerations and a solid understanding of L2/L3 Ethernet or other networking protocols.
• Comprehension of system-level issues, including operating systems, Linux kernel drivers, PCIe devices, NICs, and hardware architecture.
• Proficient technical presentation skills and confidence in developing Proofs-of-Concept.
• Strong sense of accomplishment and a customer-centric approach.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple demands with deadlines.
• Knowledge of low-latency/high-bandwidth interconnects, such as InfiniBand/Ethernet AI.
• Capability to handle and resolve critical customer issues or problems.
• Expertise in the design of data-center physical infrastructure, including power, cooling, and space planning.
• Practical experience with AI tools.
• Full-time employment.
• Travel as needed, primarily within EMEA (20% of working time).
