📋 Description

• Promote and market application and system solutions within the MMM sector.

• Collaborate with the vertical team and the Global Solutions Leader to formulate and implement sales strategies.

• Offer technical expertise and support to clients.

• Establish and nurture robust customer relationships.

• Provide technical assistance in crafting customer proposals.

• Identify new business opportunities and stimulate growth within the MMM market.

• Operate as an individual contributor with the autonomy to make decisions and deliver results.

• Collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in industrial automation, process control, APC, or industrial software solutions.

• Proven experience in developing and presenting technical proposals, solution architectures, and customer-facing solution designs.

• Familiarity with Mining, Minerals & Metals (MMM) or other heavy industrial/process manufacturing environments.

• Technical proficiency in automation, electronic, electrical, chemical, metallurgical, or systems engineering.

• Strong consultative selling abilities.

• A commercial mindset aimed at revenue growth and market expansion.

• Capability to translate intricate technical solutions into business value.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Strong collaboration abilities across sales, engineering, and product teams.

• Ability to operate independently.

• Effective communication and influencing skills with an executive presence.

• Skill in identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities.
