Technical Solution Specialist, Upstream MENA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate customer needs through technical discussions, application dialogues, presentations, training sessions, trials, and demonstrations.

• Configure and verify technical solution concepts utilizing application knowledge, process understanding, and product-specific assessments.

• Offer technical support and application expertise during interactions with customers and distributors.

• Address application challenges through root-cause analysis, implementation assistance, and coordination with internal technical specialists.

• Record application insights, technical limitations, and customer feedback through organized reporting and knowledge-sharing methods.

• Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to customers and channel partners via workshops, demonstrations, and application support activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in bioprocessing, application support, technical consulting, or customer-facing scientific positions within the life sciences sector.

• Strong knowledge of bioprocess manufacturing techniques, application development, and solution design.

• Proven track record in conducting technical consultations, trials, demonstrations, and implementation support initiatives.

• Strong ability to collaborate with distributors, commercial teams, and technical experts in matrix environments.

• Capacity to convert customer requirements into technically feasible solution recommendations.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in English and Arabic as necessary for regional engagement.
