Technical Solution Manager, Academic Segment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer primary business, technical, and product/service guidance to clients

• Deliver effective solutions for customer project inquiries and generate quotes for project design

• Assess customer requirements and address troubleshooting issues or complaints

• Inform customers about additional services and product solutions as needed

• Recognize potential customer concerns and propose solutions based on present and future needs

• Maintain strong communication with clients

• Coordinate communication with technical support when required

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and departments to foster sustainable growth

• Organize and conduct training for internal sales and external distributors through presentations and demonstrations

• Oversee projects, project design, and proactive account management

⛳️ Requirements

• PhD in a relevant life science field such as cell biology, immunology, molecular biology, and peptide therapeutics, or a Master of Science degree with pertinent industry experience will be considered

• Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation abilities

• Must demonstrate a customer-focused and proactive/action-oriented approach

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities; quick to understand new concepts

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
