This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Acquire an in-depth knowledge of Rallyware’s platform and establish yourself as a subject matter expert in its functionalities, configuration, and technical implementation.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and clients to comprehend business processes, technical environments, technology ecosystems, data and database structures, authentication and authorization flows, integrations, and technical dependencies.
• Advise customers throughout the implementation phase and propose technical solutions that meet their business needs.
• Offer continuous guidance and support to the technical teams of customers.
• Engage in defining business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and requirements.
• Create technical specification documentation in collaboration with customers and Customer Success Managers.
• Work alongside Product, Engineering, QA, and other technical teams to assess solutions, validate feasibility, obtain estimates, identify dependencies, and evaluate risks.
• Formulate high-level technical implementation plans and present strategies, dependencies, timelines, and risks.
• Construct and uphold detailed implementation project plans that outline phases, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and timelines.
• Generate and manage JIRA epics and tickets based on approved plans and specifications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to monitor progress, manage dependencies, escalate risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Relay project status, risks, dependencies, scope changes, and timeline impacts to stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment between technical and business stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
• 1–2+ years of experience in technical project management within a SaaS setting.
• Experience in B2B and Enterprise SaaS is highly preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, capable of effectively engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A robust combination of technical knowledge and business insight.
• Proven experience in translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Background in collaborating with software development, Product, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams.
• Ability to understand and discuss APIs, integrations, data structures, authentication and authorization mechanisms, and system dependencies.
• Strong project planning and organizational capabilities, including managing timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of ownership and accountability.
• Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in an environment characterized by ambiguity, shifting requirements, and changing priorities.
• Excellent time management skills and experience in collaborating with distributed and remote teams.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on in execution.
• Capable of clearly explaining complex technical concepts in non-technical terms.
• Strong collaboration and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with project management and issue-tracking tools like JIRA.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
