Technical Solution Architect

📋 Description

• Lead technical design authority boards and offer escalation support for intricate architectural decisions.

• Define and contribute to the architectural strategy across Dynamics 365 CE and related Microsoft platforms.

• Collaborate with Functional, Solution, and Enterprise Architects on designing strategic solutions.

• Establish and advocate for architecture standards, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.

• Ensure that solution architecture accounts for security, risk, budget, scalability, and operational needs.

• Guide initiatives related to platform innovation, modernization, and cloud transformation.

• Oversee architecture assessments, technology governance, and discussions at the portfolio level.

• Assist in optimizing cloud costs, enhancing scalability, and planning for long-term platform needs.

• Drive the development and reuse of architectural patterns, intellectual property, and platform components.

• Mentor architects and technical teams across various workstreams.

• Support presentations at the executive level, architecture walkthroughs, and strategic technology discussions.

• Collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions with enterprise objectives and digital strategies.

• Advocate for Microsoft best practices and the proper adoption of emerging features and capabilities.

• Promote cross-platform architectural alignment across Dynamics 365, Azure, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Solution Architect.

• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Microsoft Azure.

• Proven experience in leading technical design authorities, architecture reviews, and governance activities.

• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise architecture, integration, security, and cloud technologies.

• Experience in developing technical roadmaps, architectural standards, and reusable design patterns.

• Ability to balance technological innovation with commercial, security, risk, and operational considerations.

• Experience engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders, including executive-level audiences.

• Strong mentoring skills and experience in technical leadership.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.

• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
