AI Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create customized LLM-driven tools for tasks such as document processing, data extraction, classification, reporting, and internal chat interfaces.

• Connect internal systems via APIs and MCP connectors, including Jira, Confluence, Slack, BambooHR, CRM, and various databases.

• Transform prototypes into practical solutions for non-technical teams and facilitate their transition to support.

• Analyze and comprehend current business processes prior to automating them.

• Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Support to pinpoint issues and implement effective automation strategies.

• Assume full responsibility for solutions from conception through to user adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong engineering expertise: proficient in Python (or TypeScript), APIs, SQL, and git, with the ability to deploy independently.

• Practical experience with LLMs, including prompting, structured output, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool invocation, model error management, and quality assessment.

• Regular utilization of AI coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar as a standard working practice.

• Fully self-sufficient: capable of defining problems, selecting technology stacks, and guiding projects to completion for end users.

• Experience in fintech or payments is preferred, with knowledge of compliance requirements and managing sensitive information (an advantage).

• Background in implementation, user training, collecting feedback, and evaluating impact (an advantage).
