Banking Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess the needs of financial institution clients and customize solutions accordingly.

• Showcase Ensono's Mainframe Modernization Service and digital solutions to banking clients.

• Create proof of concepts that illustrate value across the IT landscape while ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Address client inquiries and objections during proposal presentations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement multi-year transformation projects in banking environments.

• Develop reference architecture frameworks and templates for intricate solutions tailored to financial institutions.

• Cultivate executive-level relationships with banking clients, focusing on client satisfaction and risk management.

• Provide comprehensive solution architecture with full cost breakdowns that fulfill regulatory and compliance standards.

• Relay progress and strategic direction through presentations, collaborative meetings, and published content.

• Maintain and revise documentation related to organization-wide IT endeavors, technology roadmaps, and regulatory factors.

• Propel technical innovation and transformation for financial institution clients throughout the pre-sales phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of substantial experience in solution architecture, with a minimum of 5 years in financial services or banking sectors.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.

• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or TOGAF.

• In-depth knowledge of mainframe technologies and cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

• Strong familiarity with banking regulatory standards such as PCI-DSS, FDIC, and SOX.

• Awareness of innovative digital solutions for financial institutions.

• Ability to align technical solutions with business goals while ensuring compliance.

• Proficient in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams.

• Comfortable interacting with C-suite stakeholders within banking organizations.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Preferred: Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• Preferred: Demonstrated experience with banking digital transformation projects.

• Preferred: Strong analytical skills, adaptability, and a growth-oriented mindset.
