Technical Setup Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary initial point of contact during the onboarding phase for new clients.

• Organize the initial customer Kickoff call and manage follow-ups to advance the setup process.

• Integrate each customer’s DMS and Scheduler tool connections.

• Resolve initial scheduling issues.

• Modify configurations as needed.

• Process historical data through BizzyCar’s back-end, known as The Hive.

• Arrange test appointments and oversee pre-launch evaluations.

• Initiate rooftops to commence BizzyCar outreach.

• Maintain transparent, proactive communication with new clients regarding timelines, deliverables, and subsequent steps.

• Record setup protocols and contribute to internal knowledge repositories and playbooks.

• Guarantee a seamless transition to Customer Success post-setup, including a comprehensive configuration summary.

• Collaborate with clients, Customer Success, DMS and scheduling-tool vendors, and Sales to onboard, configure, integrate, and validate new client setups for go-live.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical onboarding, implementation, project management, or IT support role.

• Ideally, experience in a SaaS or automotive technology setting.

• Strong grasp of software configuration, APIs, and integration workflows.

• Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) or automotive CRM platforms is a significant advantage.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating clarity and professionalism.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple setup projects simultaneously.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.

• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

• Must complete Form I-9 and provide unexpired documents that verify authorization to work in the United States.
