This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Deliver specialized-level field support for THERAKOS systems.
• Offer direct on-site support and troubleshooting for Therakos customers, addressing both urgent and non-urgent repairs along with planned maintenance.
• Engage in on-site investigations of intricate system issues.
• Maintain equipment utilized in clinical evaluations, field trials, and demonstrations.
• Execute installations of Therakos instruments.
• Take part in local forecasting and planning of installations, ensuring successful completion of projects.
• Monitor the performance of the systems.
• Cultivate relationships with local customers through regular visits and interactions.
• Track local equipment performance and identify any issues.
• Provide routine communication regarding service status to management and functional departments.
• Escalate market insights, customer feedback, complaints, and product performance data to relevant departments and technical support centers.
• Ensure mandatory upgrades and modifications are executed successfully.
• Report on upgrade progress to management until completion.
• Attend local, regional, and global company meetings as required.
• Adhere to company policies and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Clinical Specialists, Sales, R&D, Quality, Marketing, Regulatory, external distributors, third-party service providers, and healthcare professionals.
• Demonstrated strong customer focus and teamwork skills, complemented by well-developed interpersonal, communication, and listening abilities.
• Possess an analytical and technical mindset with proven troubleshooting expertise.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and adapting to urgent situations effectively.
• Exhibit strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to take initiative and coordinate service and travel activities alongside team colleagues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
• Additional proficiency in another European language is advantageous.
• Comfortable working in an international setting.
• Hold a valid driver's license.
• Have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in equipment maintenance, ideally within the Medical Devices sector.
• Demonstrate computer literacy.
• Experience with apheresis or similar fields is a plus.
• Education level should be at least a Bachelor’s degree where applicable, preferably in medical technology, biomedical engineering, or a related discipline.
