This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +46 more locations.
• Deliver remote technical troubleshooting and assistance to customers, delivery drivers, Sales, Engineering, and various internal departments.
• Ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient functioning of customer equipment and systems.
• Assess incoming technical issues, gauge urgency, and orchestrate the appropriate response.
• Diagnose equipment and process-related problems over the phone using technical resources, guidelines, and system data.
• Monitor, respond to, document, and resolve alarms through the Advanced Systems alarm monitoring platform.
• Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation of customer and equipment issues within SAP and other relevant systems.
• Manage service requests and follow-up tasks until completion.
• Process environmental incidents, product loss credit requests, account inactivation/reactivation requests, and other designated operational tasks.
• Review and address Engineering and Sales inquiries to support both existing and potential customers.
• Prioritize issues and service requests to effectively schedule work and reduce potential product disruptions.
• Engage with customers and internal partners regarding equipment status, troubleshooting efforts, and subsequent steps.
• Accomplish tasks in a professional and client-focused manner.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Strong dedication to safety and adherence to safe work practices.
• Prior experience in technical fields, mechanical work, equipment maintenance, operations, or troubleshooting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, able to collaborate effectively across various departments and technical areas.
• Self-motivated and capable of independently learning new technologies, embracing new methods and processes.
• Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a dynamic work environment.
• Robust organizational and planning skills, with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills, especially when faced with competing priorities or urgent matters.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various PC-based applications and systems.
• Preferred experience with cryogenic liquid bulk apparatus, industrial gas installations, or related technologies.
• Previous experience supporting customers or field personnel in a technical setting is preferred.
• Must be available to work overnight shifts, four 10-hour days from Thursday to Sunday.
• This position is safety sensitive.
