This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey, +4 more states.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through regular technical visits and structured engagement with clients.
• Plan and execute customer site visits to address operational needs, resolve complaints, and fulfill customer requests.
• Lead and participate in biannual customer review meetings.
• Provide analytical technical feedback and disseminate Aviagen documentation, guidelines, and best practices.
• Offer technical support in alignment with business objectives and performance benchmarks.
• Develop, enact, and oversee customer improvement initiatives and Product Improvement Plans.
• Monitor breeder first-week mortality and weekly chick shipments, analyzing trends and identifying performance risks.
• Supervise customer trial runs and new product testing, ensuring thorough data collection and performance assessment.
• Document technical visits, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the Aviagen Macro CRM.
• Facilitate the submission of customer data to the Easy Flock internal tracking system.
• Gather and provide competitor production and performance data to internal databases.
• Compile monthly technical reports for the STM and detailed technical visit reports with the Data Analysis and Reporting Specialist.
• Coordinate specialized support across Nutrition, Veterinary, and Incubation domains.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Regional, and Product Managers on technical advice, customer strategies, and product placement.
• Assist in resolving customer issues through cross-functional escalation and maintain consistent communication with hatcheries.
• Contribute to DCFT/CST team meetings and facilitate the exchange of information across technical, commercial, and operational teams.
• Ensure adherence to Aviagen biosecurity standards and enforce team biosecurity measures.
• Attend PS/GP deliveries in the region and relay delivery data to Quality and Export departments.
• Represent Aviagen at pertinent industry and commercial association meetings.
• Organize and participate in the annual TMEA Technical and CFT meetings.
• Prepare technical documentation and lead discussions in the assigned area.
• Maintain technical proficiency through continuous learning about industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable technical or customer-facing position.
• Strong knowledge of the poultry industry, encompassing Grandparent, Parent Stock, and Broiler operations.
• Familiarity with Veterinary, Incubation, and Nutrition disciplines is advantageous.
• Experience with a CRM system; proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications and general internet-based tools.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Arabic and French is an asset.
• Willingness and capacity to travel up to 70% within the MENA region.
• Ability to leverage technical knowledge and data analysis to identify issues and enhance flock and product performance.
• Capability to collaborate with commercial, product, quality, operations, and specialist teams in a matrix structure.
• Proficient in using CRM and internal systems accurately, with the ability to generate clear reports and actionable insights.
