Technical SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical SEO audits that encompass website performance, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, rendering, indexability, code optimization, errors, and redirects.

• Identify areas for improvement, propose modifications, and ensure successful implementation.

• Track website traffic metrics and pinpoint optimization possibilities.

• Develop and implement a technical SEO strategy aimed at fostering sustainable organic traffic growth.

• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and other technical partner teams.

• Provide support and guidance to SEOs, content team members, and other stakeholders regarding technical SEO matters.

• Stay updated with the latest SEO news and trends in Technical SEO.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in on-site and technical SEO, ideally for international SaaS platforms or marketplaces.

• Comprehensive and practical SEO knowledge applicable to real-world scenarios.

• Proficiency with tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Chrome DevTools, WebPageTest, and similar software.

• Experience with Core Web Vitals, performance optimization, and resolving SEO challenges.

• Proficient in spoken and written English at a minimum of B2 level.

• Proficient in spoken and written Polish at a minimum of B2 level.

• Capability to reverse-engineer existing solutions and devise original ones.

• Previous experience in an agency setting is advantageous.

• Familiarity with site migrations is a plus.

• Knowledge of Python, SQL, or BigQuery is beneficial.

• Basic understanding of Google Cloud Platform is a plus.

• Awareness of internationally recognized web accessibility standards and practical experience in a11y audits is desirable.
