SEO/GEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Monitor, report, and evaluate traffic performance

• Conduct continuous keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization

• Investigate and apply search engine optimization recommendations

• Enhance copy and landing pages for search and answer engine marketing

• Analyze and research competitor websites and their activities

• Formulate and execute a link-building strategy

• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure that SEO/GEO best practices are effectively integrated into newly developed code

• Oversee content creation and content programming

• Suggest and implement modifications to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to enhance SEO/GEO positions for targeted keywords

• Direct all SEO/GEO initiatives, including strategies for content, keywords, and link building

• Maximize brand visibility and drive traffic from conventional search engines and AI answer engines across various languages

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated SEO/GEO experience with international brands (3+ years)

• Proven project list for GEO

• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

• Extensive experience with website analytics tools (e.g., GA, GSC, Data Studio, WebTrends, Semrush, etc.)

• Familiarity with ranking factors, search engine algorithms, and answer engine algorithms

• Current knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in SEO, GEO, and SEM

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and limitations

• Expertise in conducting keyword analysis and research across multiple markets and languages

• Upper-Intermediate level of English

• Additional languages, particularly French, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese, are a significant advantage

• Daily use of coding tools
