This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Propel the expansion of the Bosch Public Address & Voice Alarm portfolio through market development, technical expertise, and go-to-market assistance.
• Act as the main technical and strategic resource for Public Address, Paging, and Mass Notification solutions.
• Aid project victories, growth teams, specification influence, and regional and vertical go-to-market strategies.
• Identify and cultivate Public Address opportunities across designated regions and vertical markets.
• Deliver technical support, solution positioning, and competitive differentiation for significant pursuits.
• Function as a Public Address subject matter expert for Regional Sales Managers and Business Development teams.
• Formulate and implement Public Address go-to-market strategies.
• Create vertical-specific value propositions, reference architectures, and sales enablement resources.
• Gather market insights on competitive actions, customer demands, and product shortcomings.
• Offer L2 regional technical assistance, including system architecture, design evaluations, and solution validation.
• Aid in project designs, drawings, and technical documentation for bids and proposals.
• Support commissioning strategies, escalation management, and resolution of L2 technical challenges.
• Serve as a liaison between the growth team and level three application support team.
• Facilitate internal and external Sales/Growth training initiatives.
• Capture and relay Voice of Customer insights throughout the product lifecycle.
• Engage in product feedback loops for roadmap planning, certifications, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in Public Address certification efforts.
• Represent Public Address at industry events, trade shows, roadshows, and customer briefings.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in technical support, technical sales support, or a related client-facing role.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to convey technical solutions to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of public address systems and audio technologies.
• Practical experience with AoIP systems.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and infrastructure.
• Previous experience or familiarity within the relevant industry.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing tender specifications.
• Practical experience in a systems integration environment.
• Proven capability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as required.
• Must live within a reasonable distance from a major airport.
