Technical Sales Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Oversee Connect Dental Digital Products

• Maintain and troubleshoot software and hardware for products

• Assess and evaluate damage, and repair or substitute components

• Address technical issues and provide after-sales support

• Conduct presentations, training, and education on digital devices

• Share product or service details, including demonstrations

• Deliver products to customers as needed

• Collaborate closely with Sales and relevant teams to assist customers
