Technical Sales Specialist – Sales & Technical Service Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Represent SurTec’s interests within the Czech market.

• Enhance the local market by introducing value-added products to both new and existing customers.

• Maintain and nurture relationships with current clients.

• Provide technical support to established customers.

• Conduct application engineering at client facilities and oversee SurTec operating systems.

• Keep informed about SurTec processes and technologies.

• Translate and revise technical documentation, including TDSs, PIBs, articles, and presentations.

• Collaborate across various functions, including R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other departments.

• Manage client quotations for products and technologies.

• Oversee projects and assist in market implementation activities.

• Offer independent consulting services regarding technological processes at client plants.

• Prepare reports and forecasts.

• Execute work in accordance with health and safety regulations and relevant orders and guidelines.

• Maintain office and laboratory equipment, tools, and appliances.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the chemical industry; preference for those with experience in the surface finishing market.

• 2–5 years of professional experience in a similar role is preferred.

• Native-level proficiency in Czech and strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Ability to travel independently within the country regularly, along with flexibility in working hours to accommodate clients.

• Proficient in computer usage.

• Methodical and systematic approach to problem-solving.

• Exceptional report-writing capabilities.

• Competence in chemical analytical procedures.

• Experience in project management.

• Strong understanding of Quality Management principles.
