This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and nurture relationships with builders, dealers, distributors, architects, developers, general contractors, and other essential industry partners.
• Support various sales channels such as direct retail, distribution, dealer networks, and turnkey building providers.
• Operate within a brand-agnostic framework, assisting multiple product lines and market entry routes.
• Educate customers on technology platforms along with product and process details throughout the sales and construction phases.
• Manage video training sessions and product manuals to address onsite challenges and issues.
• Assist customers in comprehending metal building systems, product applications, and installation methods.
• Identify and cultivate new business prospects across diverse customer segments and markets.
• Collaborate with customer service, operations, engineering, and sales leadership to ensure customer and project success.
• Aid customers with systems, processes, project coordination, and product selection.
• Support business development efforts aimed at increasing the adoption of light gauge steel building solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing issues and managing customer expectations.
• Establish customer credibility through effective communication, product knowledge, responsiveness, and relationship management.
• Visit job sites for key first-time customers and installers to confirm inventory management, structural compliance, and proper installation practices.
• Occasionally travel to customer locations or trade shows for onsite assistance.
• Bachelor’s degree along with 3 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in steel building design and/or erection.
• Proven ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer and market needs.
• Self-motivated individual with the capability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, CRM, and various ERP order software.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to occasionally lift product samples, literature, or training materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Proactive team player with a customer-centric approach.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
