Technical Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Drive primary demand for Henry Pre-Applied/Blindside Waterproofing solutions across the Midwest Region.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors through the value chain alongside Technical Sales teams.

• Implement a project-centric sales approach from design and construction through to bidding and installation.

• Create specifications that are preferential to Henry.

• Conduct training sessions for the AEC community.

• Deliver presentations at technical seminars.

• Offer technical support in the selection and specification of Pre-Applied/Blindside Waterproofing Systems.

• Facilitate contractor training seminars.

• Provide hands-on field support.

• Assist with submittals and technical details.

• Record and actively monitor opportunities using the CRM.

• Share timely opportunities with members of the Technical Sales team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of relevant experience in the building science and construction industry.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

• Proficiency in computer literacy.

• Capability to engage within a team environment.

• Proven experience and accreditation in a related discipline.

• Ability to effectively manage projects during the specification and bidding phases.

• Competence in reading and creating construction details.

• Technical certifications or background in relevant technology domains.

• Experience in managing territory accounts and fostering long-term customer relationships.

• Proven ability to identify and leverage market opportunities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce.com is preferred.
