📋 Description

• Take charge of end-to-end recruitment for technology positions at all levels, ranging from analysts and engineers to senior leadership and VP roles.

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers and IT leadership.

• Develop sourcing strategies for specialized technical skill sets.

• Evaluate candidates for technical compatibility.

• Oversee candidates through the interview process, including offers and final negotiations.

• Connect with passive talent.

• Align hiring managers with market insights.

• Manage a combination of individual contributor and executive-level searches concurrently.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in full-cycle technical recruiting, with a proven emphasis on IT and enterprise technology roles.

• Established experience in recruiting for application architecture, Salesforce (including developers, architects, admins, CPQ, or Service Cloud), and platform or cloud engineering roles.

• Experience across various levels, from analysts and individual contributors to Directors and VPs.

• Exceptional sourcing abilities, including proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and outreach to passive candidates.

• Capability to comprehend technical requirements and evaluate candidates accordingly.

• Experience collaborating with and providing guidance to senior IT leaders and executives.

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Proficient in using an enterprise Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Previous in-house or RPO experience supporting a large enterprise or consumer packaged goods (CPG) company.

• Experience in recruiting for enterprise application environments, such as Salesforce, SAP, integration, and middleware.

• Background in executive search or VP-level technology recruitment.
