This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and engineering roles throughout the US.
β’ Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders in the US to grasp technical specifications, project demands, and workforce strategies.
β’ Create and execute focused sourcing strategies aimed at attracting specialized technical talent.
β’ Identify and engage both active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, professional networks, industry databases, and various sourcing channels.
β’ Recruit for specialized roles in engineering, manufacturing, automation, validation, quality, project management, and other technical fields.
β’ Evaluate technical CVs and assess candidates based on technical, industry, and role-specific criteria.
β’ Conduct initial screenings, competency-based interviews, and candidate evaluations.
β’ Build and sustain pipelines of qualified technical professionals.
β’ Manage candidate interactions throughout the recruitment process.
β’ Arrange interviews between candidates and US-based hiring managers.
β’ Handle offers, salary expectations, negotiations, references, and pre-employment requirements.
β’ Maintain precise candidate records and recruitment activities within the ATS.
β’ Provide hiring managers and internal stakeholders with recruitment updates and reports.
β’ Share market insights regarding candidate availability, compensation expectations, skills shortages, and recruitment trends.
β’ Foster relationships with technical professionals and specialized talent communities.
β’ Assist in employer branding and talent attraction efforts.
β’ Ensure recruitment actions adhere to company policies, employment laws, and relevant data protection requirements.
β’ Work autonomously, participate in virtual meetings and interviews, and maintain regular communication with geographically dispersed stakeholders.
β’ At least 3 years of professional recruitment experience.
β’ Prior recruitment experience in the pharmaceutical, biomedical, or medical device sectors.
β’ Experience in recruiting technical and/or engineering professionals.
β’ Strong comprehension of technical talent markets within regulated industries.
β’ Background in recruiting specialist positions rather than solely high-volume or generalist roles.
β’ Ability to interpret technical job descriptions and assess engineering and technical CVs.
β’ Excellent sourcing skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
β’ Proven experience in candidate screening and interviewing.
β’ Experience collaborating directly with US-based hiring managers and business stakeholders.
β’ Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
β’ Capability to independently manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a remote setting.
β’ Familiarity with ATS and maintaining accurate recruitment data.
β’ Strong understanding of technical salary expectations and conditions in the US recruitment market.
β’ Willingness and ability to work Monday to Friday during US East Coast business hours.
β’ A reliable home office setup and the ability to work independently.
β’ Experience recruiting in fields such as Automation & Controls, DeltaV, DCS, PLC/SCADA, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Validation, CSV, CQV, Commissioning, MES, Quality Engineering, Project Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Equipment Engineering is highly beneficial.
