Technical Recruiter – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruiting process from initial outreach to offer negotiation in the areas of Engineering & AI, GTM/Sales, and Operations.

• Execute highly personalized outbound sourcing campaigns utilizing LinkedIn, GitHub, X, professional networks, and other unconventional platforms.

• Collaborate closely with founders, engineering managers, and sales leaders to define ideal candidate profiles, set hiring standards, and facilitate prompt feedback loops.

• Clearly communicate AegisAI’s technology stack, mission, and the groundbreaking opportunities available to both technical and sales candidates.

• Ensure a high-touch candidate experience, coordinate efficient interview schedules, and eliminate operational barriers to expedite candidate closures.

• Experiment with various sourcing methods, enhance candidate evaluation processes, and utilize AI tools to streamline workflows and speed up recruitment pipelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience within a dynamic agency, venture-funded startup, or rapidly growing tech environment.

• A demonstrated history of sourcing candidates for technical positions (Software Engineers, AI/ML Infrastructure, Threat Detection) and/or business roles (AEs, BDRs, Ops).

• A proactive individual with a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to execution who can test strategies, adapt as needed, and achieve pipeline goals.

• Familiarity with both technical and business concepts, including the ability to engage in discussions about complex backend engineering and comprehend sales quotas and territorial strategies.

• Willingness to experiment with contemporary AI tools, modern sourcing platforms, and fast-paced workflows.

• Proven success in sourcing, presenting, and successfully closing high-caliber technical and commercial candidates.

• Experience in an early-stage (Seed to Series B) SaaS or AI startup is preferred as an additional advantage.

• Prior experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or technical AI sectors is preferred as an additional advantage.
