Technical Recruiter, Commission-Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Identify and source highly qualified candidates for roles in NATO, defense, cybersecurity, engineering, SAP, cloud, infrastructure, and software development.

• Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines across NATO member nations.

• Conduct screening interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, motivation, and overall fit for the positions.

• Verify candidates' eligibility, nationality requirements, security clearance status, and availability for NATO assignments.

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to the acceptance of job offers.

• Facilitate interview scheduling between candidates and clients.

• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Collaborate effectively with Account Managers and Delivery teams to meet client needs successfully.

• Proactively develop talent pools for forthcoming opportunities.

• Ensure that candidate information remains accurate and current in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in an agency setting.

• Strong skills in sourcing and headhunting, with the capability to engage both active and passive candidates.

• Confidence in reaching out to passive candidates and fostering long-term relationships.

• Excellent communication and interviewing abilities.

• Outstanding organizational skills, with the capacity to handle multiple vacancies at once.

• A proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented approach.

• High attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.

• Comfortable operating in a performance-driven, commission-based setting.

• Proficiency in English (C1 level or above).
