Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete hiring process for backend, frontend, and DevOps positions.

• Establish candidate profiles and pinpoint relevant talent markets.

• Execute direct sourcing and create proactive pipelines for challenging roles.

• Assess candidates effectively and determine their suitability.

• Ensure prompt hiring decisions are made.

• Facilitate offer discussions until acceptance.

• Provide hiring managers with insights when adjustments to profiles, search strategies, or interview processes are necessary.

• Collaborate directly with senior leaders, including the founder.

• Influence the operational approach to technical hiring within the expanding Talent Acquisition team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience transitioning from agency or hands-on sourcing to in-house technical recruiting with defined ownership.

• Proven track record in building pipelines, evaluating candidates, managing stakeholders, and finalizing hires.

• Sufficient technical understanding to articulate how a current or previous organization develops and deploys software.

• Accountability for hiring outcomes and the capability to clarify which actions influenced those results.

• History of successfully navigating challenging searches, substantiating hiring decisions with data, enhancing recruitment processes, and successfully closing difficult offers.
