Technical Recruiter – AI/ML

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mali, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to establish position specifications.

• Offer pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Work in collaboration with internal stakeholders and departments to create and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements and present strong candidate slates.

• Develop and maintain talent pipelines.

• Ensure candidate engagement throughout the process by providing timely updates on their status.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment process.

• Deliver consultative guidance and industry knowledge to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma is required.

• Experience in recruiting with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting focused on IT / Technical roles.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
