Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for Technical positions, including Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Product roles across the EMEA region.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to delineate job specifications, craft job descriptions, and formulate a clear recruitment strategy for each position.

• Identify, evaluate, and interview candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from the initial outreach to the offer negotiation stage.

• Manage offer processes and facilitate a smooth transition from candidate to hire.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 3 years within a rapidly growing tech startup environment.

• Demonstrated success in recruiting for technical positions within a B2B SaaS organization.

• Practical experience in recruitment across EMEA markets.

• Strong ability to navigate fast-paced recruiting environments while managing multiple priorities effectively.

• A strong affinity for data-driven recruitment and familiarity with ATS systems (Ashby preferred), Notion, and reporting tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport at all organizational levels.

• Experience engaging with diverse, international teams and awareness of the nuances involved in hiring across various geographies and cultures.
