Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the entire recruiting process for engineering, sales, and implementation roles, which includes sourcing, screening, scheduling, and facilitating offers until closure.

• Develop candidate pipelines through proactive outreach, referrals, and events, rather than solely relying on incoming applications.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to gain insights into the exceptional performance expectations for each position.

• Assist in executing campus recruitment initiatives.

• Monitor pipeline metrics and provide insights on effective strategies and areas for improvement.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through swift interview processes, transparent communication, and seamless closures.

• Master current interview processes, rubrics, and recruiting methods, followed by enhancing them.

• Contribute to shaping the recruiting function as the first dedicated recruiter at Prelim.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent communicator with strong writing abilities.

• Competence in crafting job descriptions, reports, debriefs, offer letters, and internal documentation.

• Authentic interest in people, including skills in reading, persuading, and advocating for them.

• Proven record of high-output performance, demonstrated by metrics such as customers served, calls made, events organized, or tickets resolved.

• Evidence of quickly mastering complex topics, showcasing speed and outcomes.

• History of exceptional performance, such as receiving early promotions, achieving top rankings, leading teams, or launching a business.

• Preferred: experience in recruiting, sales, or fintech sectors.
