This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Ensure Asana remains precise across all initiatives and requests, including minor tickets.
• Transform discussions into defined owners, milestones, timelines, dependencies, decisions, and subsequent actions.
• Clarify requirements and acceptance criteria prior to engineering committing to tasks.
• Suggest and negotiate delivery plans, then monitor the plan endorsed by the CTO.
• Oversee execution, testing, releases, incidents, support, rollout, and adoption follow-through.
• Identify blockers and delays at an early stage, offer solutions, and escalate significant risks through the established route.
• Follow up with business stakeholders when their decisions hinder delivery.
• Enhance the operating process without introducing unnecessary formalities.
• Interview stakeholders and perform light business analysis when requests lack explicit requirements.
• Manage user acceptance testing prior to release and verify that delivered work addresses the intended business issue.
• Collaborate directly with the CTO and coordinate engineers and business stakeholders from the initial request through to release, rollout, and adoption.
• 2–4 years of experience in software Project Management, preferably in outsourcing or IT services.
• Proficient in professional Ukrainian.
• Strong Upper-Intermediate English, B2+ minimum; C1 preferred.
• Familiarity with UK, US, Canadian, or European clients and distributed engineering teams is advantageous.
• Experience managing 2–4 workstreams or coordinating approximately 5–15 engineers, QA, design, and DevOps professionals.
• Comprehensive experience from discovery or intake through to production release, including maintenance, support, or incidents.
• Comfortable interviewing stakeholders and drafting requirements in the absence of a dedicated BA.
• Practical experience in managing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, change requests, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong proficiency with Asana, Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar project management tools.
• Technical fluency in discussing APIs, environments, QA, regression, deployments, rollbacks, databases, and incidents.
• Comfortable utilizing AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
• Exhibits calm judgment, polite persistence, attention to detail, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Previous experience in Business Analysis or QA is a significant advantage.
• A technical degree, coding background, PMP, Scrum certification, and EdTech experience are optional.
