Technical Project Manager – Voice AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, encompassing scoping, planning, technical handover, and final production approval.

• Supervise platform adjustments tailored to specific customer needs and requirements.

• Track and meet customer expectations effectively.

• Manage the delivery of features requested by clients, from release planning to addressing feature dependencies and product lifecycle management.

• Comprehend the product development process, including team roles and stages of involvement.

• Ensure the product aligns with customer specifications and assume responsibility for the product from Acclaim's perspective.

• Provide regular updates on project status to clients.

• Manage project scope and allocate resources efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.

• Uphold high-quality standards through comprehensive pre-release testing.

• Establish key product metrics and monitor their achievement, adjusting objectives based on performance feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, ideally within BigTech or AI technology startups.

• Significant experience with Voice AI platforms.

• In-depth knowledge of TTS, ASR, speech recognition systems, and/or telephony technologies.

• A customer-focused and data-driven approach.

• Strong analytical skills to assess data and identify key metrics.

• Capability to grasp technical requirements and communicate effectively with the engineering team.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and possess a strong sense of ownership with a results-oriented mindset.

• Familiarity with development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum is advantageous.

• Product management experience in the tech sector, especially in launching AI and ML products, is a valuable asset.

• A solid understanding of ML operations is a desirable trait.
