Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Interact with customers to grasp their business requirements and expectations

• Clearly communicate customer needs to the solutions delivery team

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the OneReach.ai platform

• Create pre-sales demonstrations

• Keep client proposals updated throughout all phases of the project

• Organize, prioritize, and coordinate project development tasks

• Oversee daily development operations across multiple projects

• Ensure that project documentation is thorough and precise

• Compile product information from various sources into comprehensive technical documentation and proposals

• Track and manage project expenses, schedules, and profitability margins

• Work collaboratively with a distributed team of specialists in conversational AI, automation, and user experience

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of demonstrated experience in client-facing management positions (Business Analysis, IT Project Management, IT Product Ownership, etc.)

• More than 2 years of experience in QA or Development positions

• A bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field

• Proficiency in business English

• A critical and creative mindset with a proven ability to convert business visions into actionable technical solutions

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle

• Documented experience in managing timelines and budgets

• Experience in project management within a contemporary software context, including technical initiatives

• Familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML is a plus

• Practical experience with REST APIs is a plus

• Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and cloud solutions is a plus

• Previous experience with B2B SaaS products is a plus

• Must reside in Portugal and be living there on a permanent/long-term basis

• Must currently be registered as a sole proprietor/self-employed in Portugal for the B2B contractor role
