📋 Description

• Interact with customers to grasp their business requirements and expectations.

• Clearly communicate customer needs to the solutions delivery team.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the OneReach.ai platform.

• Create engaging pre-sales demonstrations.

• Keep client proposals up to date throughout all phases of the project.

• Organize, prioritize, and coordinate development activities for projects.

• Oversee daily development tasks across various projects.

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of project documentation.

• Compile product information from diverse sources into technical documentation and proposals.

• Supervise and manage project costs, timelines, and profitability margins.

• Align priorities, timelines, budgets, and daily project tasks across multiple initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of demonstrated experience in client-facing management positions (such as Business Analysis, IT Project Management, IT Product Ownership, etc.).

• At least 2 years of experience in QA or Development roles.

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.

• Proficiency in business English.

• A critical and creative mindset, with a history of turning business visions into actionable technical solutions.

• Strong comprehension of the software development lifecycle.

• Proven track record of managing timelines and budgets effectively.

• Experience in managing technical projects within a contemporary software environment.

• Residing in South Africa with a long-term or permanent commitment.

• Currently operating as a sole proprietor or self-employed in South Africa.

• Familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML is advantageous.

• Hands-on experience with REST APIs is a plus.

• Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and cloud solutions is beneficial.

• Previous experience with B2B SaaS products is a plus.
