Project Manager, Digital Health Solutions – Lab Informatics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of digital health solutions and laboratory informatics projects from the planning phase to execution.

• Ensure projects are delivered within defined scope, timelines, and align with business objectives.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Coordinate activities among sales, service, delivery, and implementation teams.

• Collaborate with customer IT and laboratory stakeholders on LIS integration and connectivity projects.

• Work together on implementations involving EPIC Beaker, Cerner, Meditech, Sunquest, Soft, and similar laboratory information systems.

• Assist in the deployment of diagnostic instruments, laboratory automation solutions, middleware applications, and digital health technologies.

• Create project plans, timelines, resource strategies, risk assessments, and contingency plans.

• Manage project scope, issues, risks, and change requests effectively.

• Maintain project documentation and status updates in enterprise project management systems.

• Facilitate alignment among customers and internal stakeholders through operating reviews and effective communication.

• Track progress against commitments to customers, revenue forecasts, and implementation milestones.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

• Collaborate with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams to address technical and operational challenges.

• Contribute to successful project delivery, client adoption, and overall customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

• At least 5 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a project leadership role.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT-related positions or supporting IT-focused projects.

• Proven ability to manage project plans, timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing software, hardware, digital health, or healthcare technology solutions.

• Preferred: More than 5 years of project management experience in software, hardware, digital health, laboratory informatics, or healthcare technology implementations.

• Preferred: Extensive experience with LIS platforms such as EPIC Beaker, Cerner, Meditech, Sunquest, Soft, or similar laboratory information systems.

• Preferred: Strong understanding of laboratory middleware, interface connectivity, and laboratory automation workflows.

• Preferred: Experience in implementing laboratory diagnostic instrumentation and managing customer-facing projects related to it.

• Preferred: Over 3 years of project management experience leading large-scale LIS implementation projects.

• Preferred: Knowledge of diagnostic industry regulations, compliance requirements, and laboratory quality assurance standards.

• Preferred: Awareness of emerging trends in laboratory informatics and digital health technologies.

• Preferred: Previous experience supporting digital products in sales, marketing, service, or customer support roles.

• Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

• Must reside in a metropolitan US city with access to an international airport.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
