📋 Description

• Interact with customers to identify their business needs and expectations.

• Clearly communicate customer requirements to the solutions delivery team.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the OneReach.ai platform.

• Create pre-sales demonstrations.

• Keep client proposals updated throughout all phases of the project.

• Organize, prioritize, and oversee project development activities.

• Direct daily development tasks across multiple projects.

• Ensure that project documentation is comprehensive and precise.

• Aggregate product information from different sources into technical documentation and proposals.

• Track and manage project budgets, timelines, and profitability margins.

• Work collaboratively with customers and technical teams to define effective automation solutions and ensure projects remain on schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of demonstrated experience in client-facing management roles, including Business Analysis, IT Project Management, or IT Product Ownership.

• More than 2 years of experience in QA or Software Development positions.

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.

• Proficient in business English.

• Possess a critical and innovative mindset with a history of converting business visions into actionable technical solutions.

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.

• Proven capability in managing timelines and budgets effectively.

• Experience in overseeing technical projects within a contemporary software environment.

• Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML is a plus.

• Practical experience with REST APIs is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Algorithms, Data Structures, and Cloud Solutions is beneficial.

• Prior experience with B2B SaaS products is a plus.

• Residing in Spain permanently or long-term.

• Registered as a sole proprietor/self-employed in Spain for the B2B contractor setup.
