This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the engineering team's weekly planning sessions and synchronization meetings during the overlap of Pacific and Eastern time zones.

• Convert product vision and priorities into well-defined assignments that are clearly owned.

• Ensure Linear is updated daily so that issue statuses, project states, and ownership accurately reflect the current situation.

• Collaborate asynchronously via Slack to resolve dependencies, collect updates, and clarify requirements or priorities with leadership.

• Distribute a daily progress report to the entire team through Slack.

• Develop and maintain system architecture diagrams based on input from the engineering team.

• Create, document, and transfer AI workflows, prompts, and skills to minimize project management overhead.

• Report directly to the Head of Engineering.

• Assist in the delivery of Neural Earth's Prometheus decision intelligence platform along with related data products and APIs.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or a similar role that supports software engineering teams.

• Practical experience with Linear or a similar issue tracking tool, alongside Slack-based asynchronous collaboration.

• Availability for synchronous meetings during core overlap hours between Pacific and Eastern time zones.

• Willingness to accommodate occasional travel as needed (approximately 5%).

• Proven experience in coordinating software engineering sprints and deliveries.

• Capability to create precise and clear architecture diagrams from engineering walkthroughs.

• Familiarity with using AI tools for reporting, summaries, and tracking purposes.

• Proficiency in building AI workflows, prompts, and skills that can be executed independently by others.

• Understanding of software delivery risks, dependencies, and potential scope creep.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Willingness or ability to work without employment visa sponsorship, as applicable.
