Advanced Technical Project Manager – Product Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical project functionally from the quotation phase through the concept phase and into serial development.

• Serve as the customer technical interface to align requirements with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers.

• Oversee requirements engineering throughout the project.

• Establish system architecture, product specifications, and design, ensuring that product design fulfills all requirements.

• Maintain configuration management of requirements and design artifacts using tools like DOORS and PTC.

• Spearhead the technical aspects of new customer-specific projects during the quotation phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in Software, Hardware, or System Engineering with a focus on technical product design (ECU).

• Familiarity with systems engineering, hardware, requirements engineering, and project management.

• Understanding of embedded systems development (V-cycle) and functional safety (ISO26262).

• A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and strong project management capabilities.
