This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Lead technical initiatives involving system decommissioning, infrastructure, and data/application migrations

• Monitor risks, issues, and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle

• Coordinate interdependencies among infrastructure, application, security, data, and vendor workstreams

• Ensure compliance in project documentation and facilitate smooth transitions to operations

• Collaborate with business owners, IT leaders, and vendors

• Deliver succinct status updates to senior stakeholders

• Create cut-over and rollback strategies

• Oversee UAT, post-migration validation, and hypercare activities

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in managing complex IT infrastructure and application projects within large enterprises

• Strong understanding of integration dependencies and change management practices

• Familiarity with ITIL, service transition, or similar frameworks

• Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams and oversee vendor deliverables

• Proficient in English; excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in the insurance sector or other regulated financial environments (preferred)

• Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency
