This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Oversee national and international industrialization and development initiatives from their initial planning to successful execution.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison among engineering, production, quality assurance, procurement, suppliers, and various stakeholders.
• Establish technical requirements, performance benchmarks, and system specifications, ensuring their effective implementation.
• Organize project activities while managing quality, costs, schedules, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project and development budgets and facilitate changes in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage the selection, integration, and validation of technical systems and components.
• Assist in planning and executing integration, verification, qualification, and acceptance testing.
• Develop technical specifications, approval documents, as well as project and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, external partners, and international project teams.
• Promote continuous enhancement of processes, methods, and standards.
• Degree (FH/TU) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial/Management Engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen), or a related field.
• Several years of experience in technical project management, industrialization, or product development.
• Strong expertise in project management and oversight of complex technical projects.
• Good comprehension of systems engineering, requirements engineering, and technical development processes.
• Strong technical skills combined with a structured, solution-focused approach to work.
• Familiarity with production processes and production systems.
• Ideally, experience in machinery, plant engineering, or automotive manufacturing.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is beneficial.
• Excellent written and spoken skills in both German and English.
• Independent, goal-oriented work style with a readiness to assume responsibility.
