Technical Project Manager – Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead stakeholder discovery initiatives, document requirements, map business processes, and ensure a prioritized and traceable backlog.

• Coordinate delivery schedules, milestones, risks, decisions, dependencies, and executive updates across multiple workstreams.

• Facilitate design workshops, backlog refinement sessions, sprint ceremonies, demonstrations, user acceptance testing, and readiness assessments.

• Develop acceptance criteria and trace requirements through configuration, testing, training, and the go-live phase.

• Oversee change management, communications, training, and service transition activities.

• Convert technical issues and decisions into clear, customer-ready documentation.

• Support intricate Microsoft cloud modernization efforts for a federal client.

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams throughout discovery, execution, acceptance, and operational readiness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in technical project management, business analysis, or product delivery roles.

• Proven experience in leading enterprise application or Microsoft cloud implementation projects.

• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, process mapping, backlog management, and user acceptance testing coordination.

• Ability to manage delivery cadence, meet customer expectations, and navigate cross-functional dependencies.

• Exceptional written, facilitation, and executive communication abilities.

• Experience with Power Platform, SharePoint, or Azure delivery is a plus.

• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, or business analysis certification is desirable.

• Familiarity with a regulated or government customer environment is advantageous.
