Project Manager – Engineering, Building Services, Pharmaceutical Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of significant national and international projects, concentrating on the (BIM) planning of fastening systems for pharmaceutical industry and building services engineering initiatives.

• Create specifications and establish the foundation for project cost estimates to aid Key Account Management.

• Actively engage and liaise with both internal and external project stakeholders throughout all project stages.

• Strategically plan and coordinate the technical project workflow in collaboration with the relevant departments within an agile team environment.

• Conduct handovers and oversee the maintenance and review of the 3D specialist model for fastening systems.

• Organize and supervise work packages, timelines, quality, and costs from the planning stage to the end of the construction phase.

• Manage the modelers involved in the project's activities.

• Assist in nurturing relationships with customers and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed university degree or technician qualification in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent qualification.

• Strong technical comprehension and a passion for technology-related subjects.

• Outstanding organizational abilities, strategic mindset, assertiveness, and a results-driven approach.

• Excellent communication skills and a confident, customer-oriented demeanor, even in an international setting.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for project delivery and acquisition efforts (approximately 10–15%).

• Proficiency in standard project management methodologies.

• Competent user of standard office software.

• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

• Very good proficiency in written and spoken German and English.

• Relevant professional experience is required.
