📋 Description

• Establish the sequence of tasks for automations, workflows, and various technical projects required by the brands.

• Transform brand or internal requests into actionable builds for the team, ensuring that the outcomes align with specified requirements.

• Designate specific owners for projects and clarify the criteria for project completion.

• Supervise 3–4 direct reports by setting expectations, conducting reviews, and holding regular one-on-one meetings.

• Lead the Automations Team Bravo.

• Oversee workflow processes utilizing n8n, Zapier, HubSpot, Aircall, Aloware, Typeform, OnceHub, Hyros, Supabase, Cloudflare, and AI systems like Claude.

• Report to the Head of Technology and raise issues regarding priorities, obstacles, staffing inquiries, conflicts, and system constraints as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in people management, with a track record of coaching direct reports to meet established standards.

• Proficient understanding of Zapier in relation to HubSpot, including how a Zap interacts with CRM data and identifying any discrepancies in that connection.

• Familiarity with n8n, Aircall, Aloware, Typeform, OnceHub, Hyros, Supabase, and Cloudflare: knowledge of their purposes and effective usage by the team.

• Hands-on experience with AI systems such as Claude for scoping, drafting, or reviewing workflows.

• Ability to write clearly enough so that both a brand partner and a direct report can understand the plan without needing a meeting for clarification.
