This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist teams in low-complexity environments in grasping and adhering to fundamental agile principles, techniques, and software methodologies.
• Instruct on software methodology concepts and implement practices in a manner that is sensitive to context and suitable for the audience.
• Organize and facilitate meetings aimed at decision-making, brainstorming, planning, continuous enhancement, problem-solving, and achieving alignment.
• Spearhead continuous learning initiatives and support the development and growth of teams.
• Guide teams towards self-organization and collaboration in relation to goals and objectives.
• Enhance the flow of value and assist in backlog management, team performance, and the delivery of business value.
• Identify and eliminate impediments by leveraging peer relationships and formal channels.
• Escalate issues as required, minimizing team distractions and external interruptions.
• Advocate for continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle by utilizing metrics.
• Aid in both internal and external communication to bolster organizational transparency.
• Recognize and visualize dependencies that affect planned work.
• Inspire, motivate, and mobilize team members and business partners towards shared goals and objectives.
• Proven experience as an Agile practitioner.
• First-level Scrum Master certification (PSM I or CSM).
• Deep understanding of agile principles, techniques, and software development methodologies.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, conflict management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and straightforwardness.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Experience in planning and facilitating continuous learning events, team retrospectives, and improvement workshops.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the primary duties of the role.
