Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of enterprise software implementation projects from initiation to go-live and stabilization.

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.

• Develop and sustain project plans that include phases, milestones, dependencies, and assigned responsibilities.

• Facilitate business requirements sessions and discovery workshops.

• Document requirements, secure approvals, and ensure traceability throughout the design, build, and testing phases.

• Collaborate with solution architects, engineers, quality assurance teams, and client stakeholders.

• Eliminate obstacles, settle disputes, and clarify responsibilities and deadlines.

• Act as the primary liaison for clients.

• Lead status meetings, provide updates to steering committees, and manage escalations.

• Handle scope creep, risks, issues, mitigation strategies, and change control processes.

• Comprehend architectural frameworks, integrations, and configuration choices.

• Generate status reports and executive summaries.

• Incorporate lessons learned into the delivery methodology.

• Ensure smooth transitions to support and account teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing technical or software implementation projects.

• Preferably experienced in enterprise SaaS, professional services, or client-facing delivery settings.

• Proven history of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects punctually and within budget as the lead delivery owner for enterprise clients.

• Ability to interpret solution designs, understand integrations and data flows, and engage in technical discussions.

• Demonstrated capability in conducting requirements and discovery sessions and converting them into well-documented business requirements.

• Strong grasp of project management principles, including planning, estimation, dependency management, risk and issue tracking, and change control.

• Exceptional communication skills and comfort in presenting to senior and executive audiences.

• Competence in managing scope, timelines, and challenging conversations while preserving relationships.

• Highly organized and composed under pressure; direct, diplomatic, and results-focused.

• Preferred qualifications include prior technical roles, experience with configurable enterprise platforms or workflow/automation software, familiarity with agile and traditional delivery methods, exposure to regulated or risk-sensitive domains, and certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/PSM or equivalent, along with experience in AI-assisted or contemporary delivery tools.
